The elder sister of Thailand’s revered King Bhumibol Adulyadej has died of abdominal cancer at the age of 84. Her funeral will be held at the Grand Palace and a 100-day mourning period has been declared.

“A father tied his 10-year-old daughter’s hands and feet and watched her swim in a chilly southern China river for three long hours in a task he said would help the girl achieve her dream of swimming across the English Channel.”

In Korea, Google has a new/different face. Indeed, Google Korea has added several buttons on the front page and there are now seven never seen cute & colorful buttons below the search box (shortcuts for Gmail, Talk, Calendar, Note, Toolbar, Desktop and Picasa) … which are quite useful actually.

I’ve never seen it on any other Google page… Lucky Koreans!
